EnvisionTEC Perfactory 4

Description: 
A small-volume rapid prototyping machine based on stereolithography that utilizes a DLP system with a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels to crosslink a model layer-by-layer. The Perfactory 4 can either use a UV or Visible light source for the crosslinking of a wide range of polymers. Applications for the compatible materials range from aerospace to biomedical devices and molds. Additionally custom materials can be produced in-house and used with this system.

ACHIEVABLE  ACCURACY:
Voxels generated by the projection system can have a resolution down to 0.00063 inch (0.016 mm) in the X and Y axes and 0.00059 inch (0.015 mm) in the Z axis. Acutal accuracy is material dependent.
