The Instructional Electronics Shop (IES) is an open-access electronics shop available to all students and researchers, providing free access to basic electronics tools and equipment for completing projects. Our shop is equipped with oscilloscopes, DC power supplies, waveform generators, soldering stations, multimeters, consumables, SMD soldering tools, and more, spread across five workbenches. The IES is open from 2 pm-7 pm M, W, Th, F and 4 pm- 7pm Tuesday unless we are running a workshop, walk-ins are encouraged.

To begin using the shop, please join the TW Canvas course and complete the safety training along with the "IES Basics" and "Soldering" modules. Please note: Long pants and tied hair above shuolder are required for safety.
