Specifications
The specifications for this machine are provided by Formlabs, can be found at this link: https://formlabs.com/3d-printers/fuse-1/tech-specs/?srsltid=AfmBOorGmCbznUIVb33fmVJDVRxsJvvR3lPFveL_-yUnzsVhS35YfT5e
Parts can be expected to be within +/- 1 laser spot size with this technology, which translates to +/- 0.2mm horizontal tolerance for the Formlabs Fuse 1. The layer size is 0.1mm, therefore parts can be expected to be +/- 0.1mm in height. These tolerances change depending on how the part is oriented within the build chamber at time of production, therefore make sure to clarify at time of order if there are critical dimensions or a preferred orientation within the build chamber.
For material specifications, please refer to Formlabs' documentation for Nylon 12, available at this link under "technical specifications": https://formlabs.com/store/materials/nylon-12-powder/?srsltid=AfmBOoqt7Ithpa2twsWUgAu8Cnh8mih9SSYfqCXNo7C1DJxTSpNCSStA
Design Guide
Formlabs has also provided an SLS design guide with minimum optimal feature sizes in mind, which is available under the "technical specifications" page or at this link: https://media.formlabs.com/m/3dd7e18937c55e27/original/-ENUS-Fuse-Series-SLS-Design-Guide.pdf
