Join the Women in Engineering (WIE) Program at UMD, which supports and empowers women pursuing engineering. WIE offers resources, workshops, and opportunities to help students thrive in STEM.
This beginner-friendly session introduces the fundamentals of woodworking tools through a hands-on workshop. By the end, you’ll learn how to safely use power tools while cutting, assembling, and finishing your own handmade wooden buddy to take home.
